Shipping

UK orders of larger plots (greater than A4 21.0cm x 29.7cm) are sent Royal Mail Tracked 24, free.

International orders of larger plots (greater than A4 21.0cm x 29.7cm) are sent Royal Mail International Tracked , £8.

Small format plots (up to A4 total paper size, 21.0cm x 29.7cm) are sent flat for £5 anywhere.

Please make sure to order in plenty of time if your purchase is for an occasion as it will have to pass through additional customs checks and be passed between national postal services.

Please check that you are able to import goods from the UK in your country. You may have to pay additional costs (eg. VAT) when the goods arrive in your country, this will depend on your local tax law.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed and clearly labelled. The drawings are wrapped in biodegradable and recycled materials, up to size A4 they are sent flat to preserve the surface of the paper, larger plots are sent in a tube.

Returns

Sometimes packages get bumped about in the post and the plot you’ve been waiting for turns up damaged. If this happens, please send me photo proof here: tomjordanart@gmail.com and we can sort out a refund (less the cost of shipping) or a replacement plot.

In the case of non-delivery, please provide evidence from your postal service where possible.
